Note: I currently work with individuals between the ages of 18 to 45 years.

What does the therapy process look like?

The first 2–3 sessions are for understanding your concerns and setting goals. After that, we work on the root causes, emotional patterns, and building healthier coping skills

Yes. Online therapy is shown to be as effective as offline therapy and offers more comfort and flexibility

If you feel understood, notice small positive changes, or learn something new about yourself, therapy is helping.

Many people feel some relief even after the first session. Most clients notice emotional improvement within 5–6 sessions.

Each session costs ₹1,000, and you can pay per session. No advance bulk booking required
